How can I book a treatment and manage my appointment?
First-time users: Book via the Revive website.
Returning users: Download the Momence app to manage bookings and schedule future appointments.
How early should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment. We have plenty of free off-street parking. Find us here.
Can I bring a guest to my appointment?
Yes! Book a Duo/trio or Quad Session and add your guest’s details. Guest credits for Gold & Platinum members are available at the checkout on the app.
Can I book multiple/recurring sessions in one go?
Yes! You can book multiple sessions via the app or website, or contact us to arrange bookings for you.
Can I book Red Light or Hyperbaric Therapy last minute?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance for these popular treatments. Same-day slots are limited. Feel free to call on the day to check last minute availability
What happens if I need to cancel my appointment?
Members: Cancel at least 4 hours before to avoid losing credits.
Non-Members: Cancel at least 24 hours before to avoid losing payment.
What happens if I’m running late?
Life happens! If you’re running late, we may be able to hold your session for a few minutes or rebook you.
Membership & Credits
Do my unused credits roll over?
If you're on a 12-month membership*, unused credits roll over automatically.
Can I share my membership with someone else?
Memberships are for individual use only, except for Platinum Family & Platinum Sharing Memberships.
Can I share my session packs with others?
Yes! Packs of services can be shared with multiple people.
Do you have a loyalty programme for frequent visitors?
Yes! Members on 12 month membership receive 10% off sessions, packs and some special offers.
How does the referral scheme work?
4 credits for you, 2 for your referral.
Payments & Cancellations
How does membership renewal work?
After your 3 or 12-month term, your membership auto-renews as a rolling monthly contract unless cancelled with 30 days' notice.
What if I need to cancel my membership?
During the term: Only allowed for illness, injury, or relocation (supporting documents required).
After the initial term: Provide 30 days' written notice.
What happens if I miss a payment?
Your membership will be suspended until payment is received. A £40 late fee may apply.
On-Site Policies
What should I wear for my treatments?
Cryotherapy: Wear dry, breathable clothes (e.g., shorts & t-shirt). We provide socks, gloves, and face masks for safety.
Infrared Sauna: Wear light, loose-fitting clothing or a swimsuit. Bring a towel, or hire one for £5.
Are there any age restrictions for treatments?
Minimum age is 12 for all treatments except the Rebalance Bed, which can be used by children under specific protocols.
Is parking available at the facility?
Yes, we have plenty of free off-street parking. Find us here.
Do you offer corporate wellness or group bookings?
Yes! We offer private and corporate sessions starting from £100 per person for a 2-hour event. Learn more.

Sales & Refund Policy
Revive Wellness Centre - Sales & Refund Policy
Effective from 1st January 2025
1. Types of Purchases We offer: - One-off bookings and therapy packs - Credit-based memberships - Special events and wellness days
2. Cancellations & Refunds - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment (4 hours for members) to receive account credit. - No-shows or late cancellations will not be refunded. - Memberships and credits are non-refundable once the term begins, but 12-month memberships allow credit rollover.
3. Pack Flexibility - Unused therapies purchased in packs: - Do not expire - May be transferred to another named individual - Are non-refundable once used
4. Payments Accepted - We accept: - All major credit/debit cards (including Amex) - Apple Pay and Google Pay via the app
5. Gift Cards - Gift cards are valid for 6 months minimum and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
6. Booking Changes - Sessions may be rescheduled up to 4 hours in advance. Changes within 4 hours are only permitted at the discretion of senior management.
